I know sometimes i say silly idea or bad once, but i think you maybe gonna like this one..or that what i hope so..Why don't you make a tournaments like [2 vs 2 - 3 vs 3 - 4 vs 4]..with a stake like [from 1 to 100 or more] in a [Death match - Team Death Match - Capture The Flag] And whoever wins..the team wins the stake..hope you like the idea.

Tournaments take a lot of time to organize and manage which I do not have time for either of those, my time is very limited and I try to make the best use of it. We had a tournament a long time ago thanks to Shadow who managed and organized the tournament.
