You can get the heal spell scroll from any healer pet (a pet that have the ability to heal)...like "Bunny - Frosty - S. Mushroom - Magic B. Jelly" and others.
But try to get it from killing Magic B. Jelly it's the easiest way i think...so good luck!

You can get this from Magic Blue Jelly or buy it from NPC Leon's Shop
