Community bug, when i try to remove a person from my friends list. It's Say Remove <Person Name> from your friends list and i click ok. But i didn't do anything. He was still in my list.

Yes, the number of members and captains are dependant on the guild level.

Can only the Guild Master/Captains create a Guild vs Guild room? or can members do that too?
