Many people use older computers and there is nothing wrong with that but when you try to play games with older computers there is many issues which present themselves. This game can be player on most older computers and there is ways of maximizing your performance.

Here are some tips that will help you:
* Close any and all other applications that you are not using
* Make sure your Antivirus is not currently scanning, and if it is doing a scan then pause/stop it so that you can resume your scan at a later time
* Make sure your Antispyware is not currently scanning...similar to antivirus
* Play the game from http://www.candysugarkingdom.com and close any other browsers and or browser tabs
* make sure to play on the Small size because the larger sizes consume a lot more system resources
* Turn off the game music by using this command /music off....clicking on the mute button in the top right is NOT the same thing
* Turn off the game sound effects by using this command /sound effects off
* user the /clear command to clear the chat text because when there is a lot of it it will consume a lot of resources
* You can also run the game on low quality by....right click on game and select quality->low
* Make sure that your flash player is up to date http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
* Try using different browsers to see if it helps such as FireFox/InternetExplorer/Iron


These tips will greatly help those who play this game on older computers.

An important thing to keep in mind is that lag( Latency ) is not the same issue as this. Lag is a completely different problem so don't expect these tips to fix your lag issues that everyone experiences from time to time.
