The map area to the right of where NPC Alex is standing does not exist yet which is why you can not go there. I'm sure you can figure out the house in time.

actually i think sum1 is in the house and i can get quest frm him. but now i am go inside of house. he said to me how did u find the entrance of my super secret hideout. this is my special hiding place so dont' tell any1 ok?? u want a piece of my cupcake?
