He should be banned. He justified spamming with the fact it was "too dark" and he was "randomly typing," not spamming. "Randomly typing" IS the ultimate definition of spam, at least where the conversations are concerned....Also, his inappropriate uses of puns is unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated.
