well u see I am the only 1 of my friends who's stuck on lvl 5 I can't get passed it I'm stuck on it

The only way to level up is to play more and learn to play better which will result in you gaining more exp so that you can level up. Just remember being higher level doesn't make you a better player, good players stand out by their skills on how well they play and not the level their account is.
