Being a moderator is not an easy task and requires a lot of time, patience and commitment. The people that where mods are no longer active anymore, that is direct evidence of some of the challenges that a moderator has to deal with.

A moderator has to be someone who speaks several languages. I speak English and Portuguese

I don't believe all moderators must speak several languages, I could be wrong though.
