Guild bug

Peanutz left her guild and wanted to join mine, but she had to wait a week. After a week went by, I went to invite her to my guild and when I did it said that I couldn't invite her and that I had to wait 0.0 days. I tried re-logging back in, and so did Peanutz. I don't know if that's an actual span of time to be honest, and does it mean that I have to wait a little longer, or is this an actual bug?
