im having trouble on last quest

i did all the Halloween quests for teddy but whenever i go complete the 4th one it always show plz wait i. i waited like 10 minutes and nothing happen.i only did one quest of bubbles questline. the only quest i hav from teddy is pumpkin,goblins, and witches quest and im already done with it. can someone tell me what to do.

Give up the quest first so that you no longer have it in your quests list and then go get the quest again from the NPC, this will resolve the issue.
