Whenever I log in to play, there never be anyone to play with. Like whenever I log in, people don't be online, well some but they be on the home page doing something and whenever i ask the them something they don't respond.Do people hate this game or something.Also i'm tired of guests keep cussing and spamming just because they losing and would somebody pleeeease respond to this message.

I know that sometimes it is hard to find people to play with but that is also a perfect situation to call up your friends and ask them to play with you. As for those people who break the rules it is really unfortunate that they do what they do but it is a common issue on all online games and it is best to not let them bother you and report them to a moderator.

but he's talking about guests breaking rules. can you IP-ban guests? even if so, you can still always use a different computer. so, is there something i'm missing? please reply to this and explain if i am missing something...

i'm saying that i'm not sure it's totally possible to ban a guest. you said to report broken rules, who can we report? unless i'm wrong, i don't think its possible to ban a guest.

For the most part you are correct in that guests can not really be banned because they can go use a different computer. This issue is unavoidable even in major games that are made by large companies that have 1 billion+ dollar budgets.

A guest can be IP banned which means they can go somewhere else and use the computer but from my experience the guests that do break the rules also have regular member accounts, so when I ban someone I don't ban the IP alone but I go after the accounts that the person has and ban all their accounts. This solution works very well in most situations and I usually end up getting messages and emails from those people who where banned complaining about why they where banned.

I would prefer not to ban anyone at all but some people do not fully understand why the rules are important and don't fully comprehend the actions that they are doing.

how can you ban an IP address? does it require tech skills?

The only people that can kick or ban are mods.
