Des, I'm Seeing many guys that they are Changing there talk messages by WPE Pro (Winstock Packet Editor)
for eg: if someone says Hello then WPE Pro will change that word into that hackers want, it may happen that idangcapno1f said hiya and hacker had change it to bad word and girl123 thought that he really said bad words. It may only hackers work because only hackers understand Packet Editing Coding. I also know Packet Editing Coding but i never use it
