cache or something

i tried to log in after the update was made, and it said incorrect client version. anyone know what that means? it said clear you browser cache and refresh the page. i tried but it still didnt work. any ideas?

Clearing the browser cache should solve the issue.

Which browser are you using and what version?

do we need the new internet explorer to play candy sugar kingdom? it says your client version is not correct

yeah it says that for mine and i have firefox for my internet i dont know what browser though

I think you need to clear your cache and it will work...
If you are using Google Chrome First thing you have to do is:
1-Open Up Clear Browsing Data.. On The Tools Button
Just Like That.

2-New page will open automatically, it will be like that.
Click on "Empty The Cache" then click "Clear Browsing Data"

And the cache will be cleared, Hope that helped.

If you are using FireFox You have to do that:
1-At the top of the Firefox window Click Tools then choose Options
This will appear in your window, 2-Select the Advanced panel. 3-Click on the Network tab. 4-In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now

And the cache will be cleared, sorry i don't have firefox, so i searched for some picture, but i found this one, hope it helped.

If you are using Internet Explorer 9 First:
1- Select the Safety then select Delete Browsing History...

2-Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete

And the cache will be cleared i guess lol, Hope that helped.

1-Click the Tools menu

2-Click on Delete Browsing History...

3-Select Temporary Internet Files then click Delete

1- Click the Tools Menu and click on Delete Browsing History

2-Under the Temporary Internet Files heading, click Delete files...

3-Click Yes when you see the prompt asking if you are sure you want to delete all temporary files.
