Server Problem?

Anyone having a problem logging into the game? The server is working, but when I type my username and password
a message pops up and says "You can not log in right now, please try again at a later time." I tried to refresh and cleared my cache, but still the same
so I was wondering is it only me having this problem, or does anyone else have the same problem?
