That sounds kind of interesting, I know what I think of when I think of adoption but can you elaborate on your idea a bit.

How exactly will this system work (if it comes into existence) ?
Will there be people talking to a certain person and posting what pet they don't need; are people going to be able to trade pets using this system; will the pet be in an egg, or already born and named by previous owner; & if you adopt a pet that is not in a egg, will you be able to change the name if you don't like it?
